Chapter Ten: The Path Forward .................................. 75

Introduction: Breaking Free from the Unseen

Life often leads us down paths we never
intended to walk. Some of these paths
appear bright and promising, offering success,
happiness, or growth. Yet, hidden beneath their surface
lies a subtle but powerful force—spiritism, supernatural
experiences, hypnotism mind control and more. This
influence can weave its way into our lives, drawing us in without our awareness, shaping our thoughts, actions, and even our beliefs.

This book is about my journey of breaking free. It
is a story of discovery—of realizing how easily spiritism
can infiltrate our lives, and how only through faith in the
Creator, Jehovah, can we find true freedom. It is not
about blame or shame but about awareness, resilience,
and hope.

Through prayer, scripture, and a deepening
connection to Jehovah (In English,
הוהי in Hebrew, YHVH) , I found the strength to see the truth and take the steps to break free. This is not a guide for the perfect or the sinless, but for those who feel trapped, searching for answers, and yearning for peace.

You will find no names here, no specifics that
could detract from the message. This is a spiritual
journey, one that can resonate with anyone who has
ever felt the pull of unseen forces or the weight
of an unseen hand.

My hope is that this book will inspire you to look
to the Creator or the Universal source, inner conscience
for guidance, to deepen your faith, and to break free
from the influences that may bind you. For we are not
alone in this journey—the Creator has made a way for all of us to return to Him, no matter how far we may feel.

Let this be the beginning of your journey to
freedom and faith.

Chapter One: The Story Begins

My earliest memories are like snapshots,
small moments preserved in the folds of
time. I can still see myself as a little girl around age 2,
riding the tricycle that our neighbour had in Stamford,
the sun warm on my face as I explored the boundaries of my tiny world, riding down the arched alleyway between the two homes that were connected together, it is just a glimpse of a memory, but they were moments of simplicity, unburdened by the complexities of life that would come later. Yet even then, there were moments that left their mark.

One of the most vivid memories is from our
garden in Lincoln, I was around age 2-3. I had wandered
just beyond its borders, curious about the world outside.

My father, ever watchful, came running after me. But it
wasn’t a gentle call back—he pretended to snatch me
up, running off as if to teach me a lesson about venturing too far. It worked. I learned fear that day, but I also learned caution, a lesson that would echo throughout my life.

When we moved to Spalding, I was around five
years old, and the world seemed to expand. I remember
playing tents with Adam, the boy who lived across the
road. We hid under a blanket, whispering secrets and
exploring the innocent curiosity of childhood. But it was during one of those games that I was introduced to a strange and formative moment. Adam and I, both
curious about the differences between boys and girls,
showed each other how we went “wee-wee.” It wasn’t
naughty to us—just an exploration of innocence. Yet, as
I grew older, the memory lingered with an unshakable
guilt, a sense that I had done something wrong.

Innocence

Early Lessons in Strength

Even as a child, I had a moral compass that
seemed deeply ingrained. I think of the time
when a photographer asked me to lift my skirt for a
picture. I was only three years old, but I remember
pinning my skirt down, refusing to comply. That moment has stayed with me, a reminder that even as a young child, I knew the boundaries of right and wrong, even if I couldn’t articulate them.

When asked to flash my knickers

Yet, life wasn’t without its contradictions. My
father, a man who would later support me in his older
years, wasn’t someone I could say no to. Saying no
meant punishment—a slipper, a belt, a fist. By the time I
was 18, I still hadn’t learned how to say no without fear,
and that inability would shape many of my decisions and relationships in the years to come.

A Journey of Faith

From a very young age I began to understand
Jehovah, the Creator, as a guiding force in my life. My
mother became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses when I was just a year old, and she made it her mission to teach us about the Bible. I grew up studying the scriptures, reading from books like Listen to the Great Teacher—a little pink book filled with lessons that shaped my understanding of morality and kindness.

By the age of 13, my faith had deepened. Surrounded by schoolmates who swore, smoked, and lived lives that felt contrary to my beliefs, I dedicated myself to
Jehovah. It wasn’t an impulsive decision but one born of study, prayer, and a desire to live a clean, morally
upright life. By 1983, I was baptized, embarking on what I believed would be a life dedicated to faith and service.

Childhood Shadows and Future Light

Yet, even as I embraced faith, shadows from my
past lingered. Memories of my father’s discipline, my
early feelings of guilt, and the challenges of navigating a world that didn’t always align with my beliefs all left their marks. But they also forged a strength in me, a resilience Iwould draw on again and again in the years to come.

My story starts here—not with perfection, but
with a foundation of faith, curiosity, and resilience. It is a story of learning, of falling, and of getting back up. It is the beginning of a journey that would take me through trials, revelations, and moments of clarity that I could never have imagined as that little girl on her tricycle.
