About me

Meljay Turner is an AI Systems Architect, behavioural strategist, author, and systems analyst working at the intersection of human behaviour, communication, and emerging artificial intelligence.

Her work combines structured thinking, lived experience, and applied AI integration to design systems that support clearer understanding, better decision-making, and more responsible human–technology interaction.

Professional Background

Meljay’s professional journey spans multiple disciplines, bringing together analytical thinking, creative development, and behavioural observation.

She holds a BSc in Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and is the creator of The Equine Semaphore Code — The Horse Talks Back, a structured framework for understanding and responding to equine communication signals.

Alongside her academic work, she is also recognised for her practical knowledge in herbal systems, behavioural interpretation, and structured communication — often described as a modern systems-based approach to traditional observational skills.

Celebrity Client Work (Since 2009)

Since 2009, Meljay has worked with celebrity clients across the UK and the United States, initially as a Professional Tweeter strategist during the early rise of social media, ranking at number 18 in the world in her expertise at one point. This let to deeper involvement behind the scenes with public figures.

Her role involved managing communication flow, audience engagement, and behavioural positioning for high-profile individuals.

This work evolved into a broader systems-based approach, where communication, perception, and behavioural response became central to her methodology.

Due to the nature of this work, the majority of her client relationships have been conducted under strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and as a result, much of her work has operated on a referral-only basis.

Current Work & Focus

Meljay now works primarily as an AI Systems Architect and Behavioural Strategy Consultant, focusing on how digital systems influence human thinking, trust, and interaction.

Her work includes:

Designing AI-assisted communication and workflow systems

Analysing behavioural patterns within digital environments

Structuring information for clarity, integrity, and usability

Supporting the development of ethical, human-aware AI frameworks

Personal CEO, Founder assistant suppport (undefined)

Rather than focusing purely on technical programming, her strength lies in interpreting systems, identifying hidden friction, and redesigning structures so they function more effectively for real people.

What the Work Explores

Her projects explore interconnected themes including:

Human behaviour and decision-making

Social influence and perception

Personal accountability and growth

Ethical use of artificial intelligence

Long-term human–AI collaboration

Key developing works include:

The Whisper, Ark For All, Escape The Mindscape, and the evolving Sol Everhart collaboration — each exploring how intelligence, influence, and systems design can be used to improve outcomes while preserving individual free will.

Creative & Documentary Work

Meljay is also the creator of Ghost In The System — Hidden Signals, a real-time narrative project that blends documented experience with structured storytelling, published in Social Media for entertainment and educational purposes.

Alongside this sits ongoing observational documentation — capturing behaviour, communication patterns, and system dynamics as they unfold in real time.

Training & Continued Learning

Her development includes ongoing study in personal growth, business systems, and behavioural frameworks, with exposure to paid mentor training from:

John Assaraf

Darren J. Hardy

Grant Cardone

She continues to evolve her work through practical application, research, and real-world system building.

Future Direction

Meljay’s long-term focus is the development of transparent, intelligent systems that support clarity rather than confusion.

Her work centres on:

Strengthening human understanding

Protecting free will in digital environments

Designing systems that support, rather than override, human thinking

The goal is not to replace human intelligence, but to enhance it through structured, ethical collaboration with AI

Addressing Misconceptions

To have testimonials is good, unless your clients don't want to be known that they have called you in for your services.  My NDAs are tight, so sorry no testimonials. I work with Large Corporate Businesses and Celebrities.
